- If you are purchasing property within a new neighborhood or subdivision, you can finance up to 15 years with a competitive, one year adjustable rate loan.
- If you are buying a plot of land outside of town or outside of a subdivision, you can take advantage of either a 5 year or 10 year loan (with a three year adjustable rate).
- When you are ready to build, a construction loan finances the land, land improvements (such as clearing, grading, utilities, driveway, etc.), actual construction costs, finishes in the home (such as carpeting, appliances, etc.), architects and engineers fee.
